We recently stayed at a family-friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel was amazing value for money, offering prices that were very reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, especially in the dinosaur-themed room that our children absolutely loved. The rooms were in good condition and well cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was right on the beach. We wanted to stay close to the beach to have easy access to the activities and the hotel provided exactly that. The beach itself was amazing, just a short distance from the hotel, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand to the fullest. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were able to speak English, which made communication smooth. Another positive aspect was the breakfast included in our package. The breakfast was satisfying and provided a good start to our day.
All in all, everything was okay with our stay.

nice staff in the reception and kitchen, comfort room, delicious breakfast, bus stops just 3 min from hotel to both ways (Marbella & Malaga), cheap tickets -1,16E, very nice & cheap restaurant in the other side of the road , table tennis, very nice minigolf course, very nice but small swimming pools (inside & outdoors), just 6km to Marbella and 25km to Fuengirola, buses going from 8-23 every day-every 30 min.
very thin walls (you hear all noises in the night, specially trolleys bags), no carpet in the corridor, lunch & dinner were to expensive (15E/person), reception is to far from entrance to the hotel (about 300m), hotel is located in the middle of nowhere (no bar's, pizzeria's, night clubs, etc.), just one restaurant in the other side of road, just one shop in the neighborhood (very expensive, actually more expensive prices than in Ireland)

we have stayed before and request a room with very large balcony and got this. Food is very nice.
because we stayed before we came to expect services in the dining room which are no longer there, like coffee served to the table (this has been replaced by a machine) and the staff were so overworked that they could not give a more personal service as they used to

Except mornings, good and quite atmosphere, close to the beach and friendly staff
Impossible to sleep in the morning because of doors slams. Located in quite significant distance from the town, about 8 km. Inconvenient for young people, no bars or disco around and town is too far. But if you go with the family and look for budget holiday, that would be a good match.

The hotel is located close to a lovely beach, making it convenient for those who want to spend their days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sea. The proximity to the beach was a major factor in our decision to stay here, and we were not disappointed. It was only a very short distance away, making it easy to access whenever we wanted.
Our stay at this hotel was great and we have no complaints.

I liked the staff they were very helpfull and friendly.. and I liked food quality, lots to choose from in the boffets, very clean resturant. I would recomend anyone to book breakfast and maybe lunch when booking the accomodation as it will be expensive to pay on the day.
Walking out of the hotel to get to the swiming pool

Staff were very helpful. After asking for a balcony i was given a room away from the main hotel up the road . There was no balcony in that room and when i stated i had requested a balcony they put me in the main hotel with a balcony and i paid the extra cost.
The only thing i did not like about the hotel was the bar. I found it hard to get a drink at night as there was only one barman and he was very busy. You had to wait quite a long time to get served.

Great location near the beach and a few restaurants, as well as easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the night shift receptionist. the pool was a nice escape from the city heat.
The hotel was outdated and in need of renovation. the rooms were small and not very clean.

I recently had a lovely holiday stay at this hotel and there were several aspects that made it a positive experience. the location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was within walking distance to the beach and there were bus stops nearby for easy access to other areas. The hotel's attention to detail was also evident in the rooms. We stayed in a room with a balcony which provided a nice view and added to our overall enjoyment. Another positive aspect was the breakfast included in our stay, which offered a variety of choices and ensured we started each day off on the right foot. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.
Our stay at this hotel was great and there is nothing significant that needs improvement.

The hotel offered great amenities for both adults and kids. The pool area was spacious, with a fun wet play area for children. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach and nearby supermarkets. We also enjoyed the upgrade to a unique themed room.
The noise from outside traffic was sometimes disturbing, and our room didn't have adequate soundproofing. the pool area was overcrowded and limited refreshment options.
